In hindsight, dance has accompanied my whole life so far. Dancing has helped me to cope with difficult situations. Only through dance therapy I became aware of the energy sources, healing powers and sustainable resources which dancing provides.
I would like to share these personal experiences with the people around me to support them with respect, empathy and sympathy. I also want to encourage them and maybe even accompany them on their way to their personal goals.
The diversity of methods of dance therapy allows an application within different age groups. Infants, children, adolescents, adults and seniors, as well as people with disabilities benefit from dance therapeutic services; for prevention, self-awareness, personality strengthening and crisis situation, among other things.
